PDF Merge & Split

Combine selected pages from several PDFs, or extract pages from one document. Set the exact page order and download one new PDF.

Runs in your browser · no upload or account

1. Add plain PDF files

Up to 8 PDFs. Each: 12 MiB and 100 pages. Combined: 32 MiB and 200 source pages. Output: up to 200 pages and 40 MiB.

Use ordinary PDFs with text, pictures and vector artwork. Password-protected, signed, layered, form-filled and annotated PDFs are refused, including PDFs with clickable links, comments or attachments. Export a plain copy from the original app first.

This tool preserves selected page content, page sizes and rotation. Document bookmarks, page labels, accessibility tags and document metadata are not preserved. Extraction is not secure redaction; shared source resources may remain. It does not compress files, perform OCR or create several separate PDFs. No visual page thumbnails are shown; the list below identifies source page numbers.

2. Choose pages and file order

Enter 1-3, 5 to select pages. Comma order is preserved: 3, 1-2 means page 3 first, then pages 1 and 2. Ranges must ascend; duplicate pages and identical uploaded files are refused.

To extract from one PDF, include only that file and select its range. To merge, include multiple PDFs. Each included file contributes its pages in the order you enter.

Add PDFs to inspect their page counts.

    3. Check the output order

Local processing stops after 20 seconds when checking files or 30 seconds when building. Cancel stops the worker immediately. Smaller batches can help with complex PDFs.
