Information collected
We may collect the email, mobile number, business name, website, tool inputs, payment identifiers, purchase status and technical request information needed to operate and secure the service. Card, bank and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by the Crown Tools Vault.
How information is used
Information is used to build the rule-based drafts you request, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain operational records. For free tools, usage records contain details such as context length, which optional fields were supplied and the kind of result. These usage records do not contain the actual tool text or generated draft. Business name, website and email, when provided, may be saved separately as contact details. Support requests retain the name, email and message you submit for review and do not subscribe you to marketing. Payment records are used to confirm purchases, manage purchased allowances and resolve payment questions. The standalone browser utilities process inputs locally. Local workbench drafts remain in the page unless you choose a download or an optional private save. A private save transfers the reviewed worksheet to the private page for inspection; a separate wallet-connected confirmation stores it on our Hostinger server for reopening and recovery. Paid supplier preparation requests and recorded results include the original CSV, column mappings, supplied corrections and product information for delivery and same-request recovery. Remove unnecessary personal, confidential or unrelated columns before submitting a supplier file; an ignored column may still remain in the original CSV source record.
Campaign attribution
When you arrive through a labelled promotion, we carry a fixed campaign name through the supplier and checkout links. If you start a purchase, that name is saved with the existing purchase request and operational records so we can assess whether the promotion led to a captured purchase and completed delivery. The campaign name is shared by everyone using that promotion; it is not a personal tracking identifier. We do not send your supplier files, wallet keys, contact details or payment details to advertising platforms for this measurement. This measurement adds no Google advertising tags, cookies or new browser storage identifiers. Existing payment and recovery records retain their usual purpose and protections.
Service providers
This website is hosted on our Hostinger server. Supabase runs the paid tool and support functions and stores their operational records, including paid request/result delivery and recovery records. Optional private workbench saves are stored on our Hostinger server. Razorpay provides payment processing when checkout is available; its checkout script may also receive technical browser information. These providers process information according to their own contractual and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
Payment-provider secrets are retained on the backend and are not included in browser code. Do not submit card, bank, UPI credentials or passwords in tool or support forms. Operational records are retained only as needed for fulfilment, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.
