Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligible cases
Contact us within 7 days for duplicate charges, a captured payment that did not unlock the purchased entitlement, or a material technical failure that prevents delivery.
Non-refundable usage
Consumed generation credits, delivered custom reports and successfully supplied digital outputs are ordinarily non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request
Use the support form and include the receipt email, approximate payment date, amount and Razorpay payment ID if available. Do not send card, bank or UPI credentials.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks and payment networks control the final credit timing, which can take several business days.
