Digital Delivery Policy
Updated: 10 September 2026
No physical shipping
The Crown Tools Vault offers free browser utilities and rule-based drafting templates. Purchased starter-template allowances are offered only when checkout is shown as available. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery timing
Free browser utilities and the draft workbench calculate on your device; other free starter drafts appear after a successful tool request. Review and adapt drafts before use. Purchased allowances require a confirmed payment receipt, followed by a manual claim in the wallet. Delivery depends on successful confirmation and is not guaranteed to be immediate. If you already paid, open your wallet or use support to resolve access before paying again.
Delivery problems
If a captured payment does not unlock access, use the support form with your receipt email and payment reference. Never submit card, bank or UPI credentials.
