What “48-hour” means.

The delivery clock begins only after both captured payment and a complete intake are recorded. It runs Monday through Friday in India Standard Time; weekends do not count.

Receive a fit decision
The founder reviews fit and current capacity. If approved, the server may issue an individual Razorpay link through the one pre-payment fit/checkout email you authorised. No static checkout is a capacity decision.

Receive the report
The report is due within 48 business hours after captured payment and complete intake. Business hours are counted Monday through Friday in India Standard Time, and the clock pauses while required clarification is missing.

If we miss that service window for reasons within our control, you may request a refund through the listed contact address. A refund request does not prove initiation, provider processing or customer credit. A captured-payment capacity exception is different: it is not an accepted founding project, fulfilment does not start, and the merchant must manually review the recorded exception and initiate a full refund through Razorpay. The exception remains open until provider reconciliation verifies the refund evidence. Razorpay and the customer’s bank may then need additional posting time.
