The service and merchant

The 48-Hour Salon Enquiry Leak Audit is a one-time ₹4,999 founding service. It includes public journey evidence, five screenshot-supported findings, three CTA or script rewrites, a prioritised 30-day plan and one 30-minute founder review.

Da C.A.R.T.E.L is a service brand operated by Harminder Singh, the legal merchant name displayed at Razorpay checkout. The brand is not presented as an incorporated company.

Only three founding slots are offered for the salon audit. A submitted intake is pending manual founder review: it does not reserve capacity, create a checkout or take payment. If fit and current capacity are approved, the server may reserve capacity and issue an individual payment link. A public or static checkout page does not prove approval or availability.

Clinic Front-Desk Workflow Assessment

The Clinic Front-Desk Workflow Assessment is a distinct one-time ₹5,999 founder-reviewed service with three founding assessment places. Its individual checkout is issued only after founder approval and available capacity; it never uses the salon offer or ₹4,999 checkout.

For an accepted clinic assessment, the two-business-day delivery window begins only when captured payment and a complete clinic business/workflow intake have both been recorded. Business days are Monday through Friday in India Standard Time; weekends do not count. The clock pauses while required business links, authority or clarification are missing.

The assessment does not collect or permit patient or health data. It is not medical advice, triage, emergency handling or clinical decision-making. Findings, recommendations and demonstrations do not guarantee appointments, revenue or any clinical or business outcome.

Email authority

For either offer, your first explicit choice permits one pre-payment founder email about fit and, only if approved, the individual checkout. Your separate paid-service choice begins only after captured-payment evidence for an accepted project and permits only the emails needed to deliver that paid service and schedule its included founder review.

A captured-payment capacity exception is not an accepted project and does not activate report delivery or review scheduling. Neither choice permits marketing, calls, WhatsApp, contact enrichment or unrelated follow-up.

Delivery and ordinary refund boundary

The salon audit’s 48-business-hour delivery window, and the clinic assessment’s two-business-day delivery window, begin only when captured payment and a complete intake have both been recorded for an accepted project. Business days are counted Monday through Friday in India Standard Time; weekends do not count. The clock pauses while required links, authority or clarification are missing.

If we miss the applicable delivery window for reasons within our control, you may request a refund by emailing ceo@dacartel.io with the relevant order reference. A request does not itself prove that a refund has been initiated, processed or credited. No refund is promised merely because a recommendation does not create a desired commercial result.

Captured-payment capacity exception

If captured-payment evidence is recorded but founding capacity cannot be accepted, the payment is a refund-required liability—not an accepted founding project. Fulfilment, report delivery, the 48-business-hour service clock and review scheduling do not start for a salon audit exception. For a clinic assessment exception, fulfilment, assessment delivery, the two-business-day service clock and review scheduling do not start.

Harminder Singh, the merchant, must manually review the recorded exception and initiate a full refund to the original payment method through Razorpay. The exception remains open and fulfilment remains blocked until read-only provider reconciliation verifies the exact full-refund evidence. Initiating a refund or receiving a provider refund identifier does not prove provider processing or customer credit, and does not prove that the payment is settled, refunded or completed.

After merchant initiation, Razorpay’s current normal-refund guidance says its banking partners may take 7–10 business days to reflect a normal refund in the customer’s original payment method. We will not describe the refund as processed or credited, or the payment as settled, refunded or complete, until provider or bank evidence supports the relevant state.

Clinic pilot credit and V.A.A.N.I.

If a clinic is founder-qualified and separately contracts for the ₹19,999 / 30-day pilot within 14 days of its assessment payment, the full ₹5,999 assessment fee is credited toward that pilot. The pilot is application-only, does not auto-enrol the clinic and has its own agreed scope, data handling, approved channels, human escalation and payment request.

V.A.A.N.I. is presented with the assessment only as a guided sandbox using synthetic or tester data. It is not deployed patient-facing voice, booking, WhatsApp or calling automation, and it does not use patient or health data.

Permissions and exclusions

You confirm that you may share the submitted business information and approve review of the linked public material. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, customer lists, confidential inbox content, patient information or another person’s private data.

The offers exclude implementation, advertising spend, a website rebuild, automatic outreach and guaranteed bookings, sales, traffic, rankings or revenue. Recommendations are evidence-informed judgements and tests, not warranties.

Optional Brand Rescue credit

If you separately choose the ₹9,999/month Brand Rescue service within seven days of salon audit delivery, the ₹4,999 salon audit fee is credited against its first month. The salon audit does not auto-renew or enrol you in that service.
