From supplier CSV
to a reviewed store draft.
See what needs checking, what the tool can prepare, and when WooCommerce’s own importer is all you need.

Do you need a preparation step?
Use WooCommerce directly when…
Your CSV already matches the supported product schema and you can review its columns confidently. WooCommerce has a built-in CSV importer with column mapping. Save CSV as UTF-8 and quote fields containing commas. The native importer can be enough; you do not need to buy this preparation to use it. WooCommerce’s importer documentation explains the supported format.
Consider Crown’s preparation when…
You have a small supplier file with unfamiliar headings, an unclear price or a repeated code, and want an explicit correction record plus readable product details. The free check helps you see whether your file fits before using a credit.
This is a preparation tool. It does not connect to your store, look up existing products or publish anything.
A practical checklist before importing
- Keep the supplier’s original file. Use a UTF-8 comma-separated CSV, up to 30,000 bytes and 25 simple INR products. Byte and field limits can reduce the number that fits.
- Map the headings deliberately. For example, map “Code” to SKU, “Item” to name, “Price INR” to regular price and “Qty” to stock. Review every ignored column.
- Ask for missing facts. A blank stock field does not mean zero. A duplicated SKU needs the correct supplier code. Confirm ambiguous amounts rather than guessing.
- Review the before/after changes. Confirm product descriptions, tax fields, shipping and returns yourself. Formatting checks do not verify the underlying business claims.
- Import only after review. The resulting CSV sets products to draft and hidden. Review the store’s import preview and your existing SKUs before applying it.
A real generated example with fictional products
The input has three products, one blank record, a multiline description and quoted text. The operator explicitly confirms three corrections: ₹249.00 means INR 249.00, the notebook has zero stock, and the flask’s actual SKU is FLASK-03. The tool does not invent those facts.
Inspect the fictional original CSV. Its ignored “Internal note” column includes a formula-like test string; view the raw text rather than treating supplier text as trusted spreadsheet formulas.
| SKU | Product | Price (INR) | Stock |
|---|---|---|---|
| MUG-01 | नीला mug, 300 ml | 399.00 | 12 |
| BOOK-02 | Notebook "Grid" | 249.00 | 0 |
| FLASK-03 | Travel flask | 799.50 | 4 |
The generated CSV uses Published=-1 and Visibility in catalog=hidden. SKU whitespace and equivalent decimal formatting are recorded separately from the operator’s corrections. The product pack is readable HTML; the correction report retains the mapping, ignored column and change reasons.
What this preparation does not include
- Variants, image processing, image downloads, currency conversion and automatic store synchronisation are outside this workflow.
- The HTML product pack is not a ZIP asset bundle. The report is HTML, not a generated PDF.
- It cannot confirm supplier stock, legal claims, tax treatment or whether an SKU already exists in your store.
- Passing the checks means the bounded preparation is valid; it is not a promise of a successful import or product sales.

₹99 for one generation credit
Preparing and reviewing your inputs is free. One generation credit records one chosen delivery with three downloadable files. You can use an existing credit. Multi-credit packs have different effective prices; see the current options at checkout. No subscription is required.
- Open the workspace, complete the free checks and review the exact inputs.
- If you need a credit, keep the workspace open while paying. Return to the same workspace with your receipt.
- Explicitly confirm the saved delivery, then download all three files. Buying a credit alone does not prepare your files.
What if the reply or download is interrupted?
Open My downloads in the original browser and recover the existing saved request before starting another. Keep your payment email and Crown Order ID. Claiming again rotates wallet access, so do not repeatedly claim while an existing request is pending. Contact support if you cannot recover it.
Where does my information go?
Unsubmitted preparation stays in the current page. A paid request is submitted for recorded delivery and recovery. Protect your receipt, wallet key and downloaded files. Read the privacy policy, terms and refund policy before buying.
